article writing revealed 7 great methods to make money through article writing

Friday, December 30th, 2005

Making money online gets easier through article writing. If you’re running a website or if you’re selling affiliate products, you can easily generate high quality traffic to your website or blog by simply distributing short articles online. Well, I suggest that you try your luck in article writing. Right now, this is one of the most lucrative fields in the online arena. You don’t need huge money to get started, as all you need is a computer and great writing skills. 1. Be the best. First, I suggest that you invest time in improving your skills (writing, problem-solving, SEO, and analytical skills) before you take the leap. It’s very important that you have what it takes to create award-winning articles. Right now, there are so many seminars and trainings about article writing. Take advantage of them not only to improve your skills but also to widen your connection in this field. You must develop exceptional writing skills that will allow you to produce expertly written articles that are interesting to read. You must love this endeavor otherwise, there is no way that you’re going to succeed in this field. If you need to drag yourself in front of your computer, I’d say this is not really the perfect job for you. 2. Give in to your readers’ demands. Getting online users to click on your articles is challenging these days due to the stiff competition in the online arena. To increase your chances of convincing people, particularly your target market to choose your articles, I recommend that you give them exactly what they’re looking for. Talk about their problems and other topics that they find interesting. Use the writing style and format that they prefer. Make use of their language. Help them out by giving away the best solutions and the best answers to questions and pressing issues. 3. Sell yourself. The next step is to sell or promote yourself online. Instead of waiting for your clients to come to you, be more aggressive and reach out to them. Start by creating your own website or blog. Then, use PPC ads and article marketing for your online marketing campaign. Your goal here is to sell yourself as someone who’s very talented, very reliable, and very trustworthy so you can easily win the business of your potential clients. 4. Deliver high quality articles. It’s important that you strive to impress your readers as this is the only way to convince them to click through your resource box. This will happen if your articles are of high quality. They must not only be unique and informative, but they must also be well thought-out and well written. 5. Learn the basics of SEO. Although it’s not really a requirement, you’ll most likely to attract more business if you know a little bit about SEO and how you can properly optimize the articles that you produce. This is important especially for those buyers are looking for your product. You need to add keyword power to your website. 6. Learn the art of persuasion. It’s not enough that you’ve got great writing skills. To earn more money, you also need to know how you can persuade people to do business with you. Learn how you can create a need for your writing services and how you can earn the trust and confidence of your prospects. 7. Distribute your articles. Get personal accounts on major article directories. To save time, I suggest that you do all the registrations in one day. For your own convenience, keep the same username and password. Submit your articles under the right categories to make them easier to find online. Ensure that your articles are 100% original and that they contain at least 250 words. Also, make sure that they don’t contain blatant ads and inappropriate content. These are important to make sure that your articles will not be rejected by the publishers. teaching a survival guide for students new teachers part four body language we basics

Friday, December 30th, 2005

Body language is your chief weapon in your campaign for a calm and disciplined learning environment. With the correct posture or hand movement it is possible to control even the most rowdy of classes. Most of the ideas here are extremely simple but they do work. Practice them on colleagues and children and they will make your teaching much more effective. Smile. It is an indication of confidence. Some classes are unused to anyone smiling at them because their behaviour is so dreadful that teachers have to work hard to keep them under control. These children delight in winding up their teachers. If you smile then YOU are winning and the class acknowledge this by working better for you. If you stand up you are immediately above even the tallest of seated adolescents, this means that they are looking up to you, at least literally. Some lessons lend themselves to standing better than others, but basically, you should be standing whenever you are talking to children. Make eye contact with every child when you look around the class. Be careful that you are not moving your point of focus too quickly and that each child knows that you have seen them. Eye contact is particularly important when you are speaking to a particular child. Do not allow the individual to look away. The child looking away has switched you off and you might as well save your breath. Always stand in the open, rather than behind a desk. This “exposing yourself” is a sign of confidence in yourself. Move slowly about the room. Rapid walking around the room unsettles the class and makes them noisy. If you are using your hands to describe left and right, remember your left is the children’s right. Consequently you should gesture with the right hand when saying “Left”, and vice versa. One way to think about it is to imagine a large glass screen between you and the class with the image you are describing on it. It is as though you are behind the screen. If you watch someone who does not use this technique it is very distracting and prevents the class concentrating on the concepts that the teacher is trying to convey. contrary to popular belief creativity takes work

Friday, December 30th, 2005

Creativity is an intangible, immeasurable force that has fascinated human kind since we first became aware of our ability to think our way out of problems. Creative people are given a great deal of leeway when it comes to behaviour and what’s considered normal, which they often exploit with outlandish and wayward actions and habits. How else do you explain art students? Creative people are expected to be weird, it’s as if people think that creativity breeds weirdness or weirdness breeds creativity, or something that doesn’t allow for balance. Creativity is so mysterious that even in today’s rational world, people don’t like to interfere with those considered creative, just in case they do something awful, such as damage the creativity or frighten it off. The truth is that creativity is like any other human attribute or ability. It’s fairly robust but requires constant exercise and hard work to be developed and maintained. It can be nurtured and grown, and can, to a degree, be learnt. But if it’s ignored or taken for granted it will atrophy. Creativity is a much sought-after characteristic, with people willing to try (or believe) just about anything that claims to enhance it. A very popular theory is that classical music (especially Mozart and Bach) stimulates the right side (the creative side) of your brain and gets all the creative juices flowing. Many babies are subjected to the strains of classical music while still in vitro, because their parents want to give them a head start in life. This is bad news to all those who hate classical music and find comfort only in Metallica or Marilyn Manson. Some studies, however, have found that all music stimulates the right brain, even Billy Ray Cyrus and Mariah Carey. So while it appears that there is no accounting for taste, there is at least hope for all of us, creatively speaking. Reading everything that you can get your hands on is also an excellent way to cultivate creativity. Reading opens your mind up to new ideas and points of view. It also stimulates your imagination, and when it comes to creativity, imagination is vital. Skip the TV (not called the idiot-box for nothing, you know) for a couple of nights and start that book you’ve been to meaning to read. If that’s a sacrifice too unimaginable to consider, try delaying your TV watching by an hour and use that time to read. Alternatively, pick up a book when you can’t find anything to watch. It’ll beat channel surfing mindlessly for 15 minutes before settling on a rerun of a B-grade movie you’ve seen three times already. You think you won’t be able to live without it, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Sudoku, which took the world by storm a few years ago, is an excellent way to exercise your brain and kick start ye olde creativity. Cross words, Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit are all fun ways to flex your thinking muscles, even non-geeks think so, although they might just not know it until they try it. A good argument will also stimulate the right side of your brain. It has to be a good, challenging argument though. Mindless name-calling (unless, maybe, they’re really creative names and not foul four-letter generics) will not cut it. When it comes to writing, experts agree that writing everyday is the best way to hone your creativity. In his book On writing, Stephen King advocates writing every day as the only real way to improve, and as far as I’m concerned his word is gospel. For those who require more than one opinion (no matter how expert), Sonia Simone, a professional blogger with 20 years of professional writing experience, says that writing every day will give your work greater depth, maturity and clarity. One thing that these two experts have in common is that when they say every day, they mean it. There are no days off. Not even Christmas. If this sounds intimidating, and it does, they add that you needn’t write for hours at a time, 20 minutes will do. Putting pen to paper, or text to screen, is the important bit, time is not. As you improve though, you may find that you spend more time writing simply because you enjoy it. Some people think that being creative means that you always have a limitless supply of brilliant ideas just waiting to be tapped. This is a myth. Creative people are as capable of coming up with rubbish as anyone else. In fact, if you believe that life is all about balance, then creative people can come up with worse ideas than anyone else just to even out the really good ones. The creative process is like mining. You get a lot of useless sludge with your diamonds or gold. But creative people are good at spotting the gleam among all the waste and go about gently uncovering it. And in the end that’s what creative people are remembered for: their diamonds in the rough. Recommended sites: .jpb.com/creative/creative.php .copyblogger.com/boring-content-blues/

graphology at home lesson 21a draw someone

Tuesday, December 27th, 2005

How one draws a person reveals a great deal. Maternal Figure regarded as rejecting, unloving, and unsupportive: hands omitted on female Figure… Vast research was done among several psychoanalysts and psychologists into human figure drawings. The subject would be asked to draw a person, being given as little information as possible in order not to lead the subject in any particular way. The subject nevertheless would frequently ask the following kinds of questions and make several comments. Whom should I draw, should it be a stick person or the whole body? I don’t know how to draw. I hope you don’t show it to anyone, etc. When the subject does draw, he is actually revealing how he sees himself, as this is a picture of the self. The following is a list of personality traits and how they are identified in a sketch. For the highest degree of accuracy, the subject should draw two or more sketches. Identical drawings, especially those that deviate from the norm, are regarded as conclusive evidence that the subject possesses the trait. • Affection deprivation/dependence/possible identification with mother: button on clothing over chest of figure; pockets. • Aggression/ambition: more than five fingers. • Aggression/criticality/masculinity: angular shaped body. • Aggression/depersonalization fears: heavy thick lines in formation of body. • Aggression/poorly adjusted: few curves, many sharp edges in formation of body. • Aggressive content: daggers, guns, spears, etc. • Aggressive/energetic: strong arms, male subject. • Aggressive/expansive: large, same sex figure. • Aggressive tendency/anti-social personality: heavy shading, figure clothed with toes exposed, gun. • Aggressiveness: powerful hands, toes exposed, squared shoulders, weapons, well-defined teeth, and straight lines in formation of body. • Aggressive use of sexual characteristics/coquettishness: emphasis on female sex characteristics (female subject). • Ambition/drive: firm lines. • Ambition for accomplishment or acquisition/overt aggression: long arms. • Anti-social personality (psychopath): hands in pocket, heavy shading, and large figure. • Anxiety/aggression: shading. • Anxiety/depression: clouds. • Anxiety/emotional dependence/feeling of discomfort and restriction: small figures. • Anxiety/insecurity/repression/particularly with reference to area reinforced: reinforced lines. • Anxiety over difficulty with interpersonal relations or masturbatory guilt/ overt aggression: hands shaded. • Anxiety relative to sexual functions: shading in “private” area. • Anxiety/restlessness, possible neurotic tendency, conflict area: erasures. • Anxiety/uncertainty: short, sketchy strokes. • Apprehensive, neurotics, catatonics and chronic schizophrenics: faint lines. • Aspirations exceed opportunities/environment viewed as excessively constraining: figure too large for page. • Assaultiveness: hair, eyes and arms reinforced; large fingers; foot emphasized; large legs and arms of male figure; stands with legs far apart. • Assaultiveness/infantile aggression: fingers; no hands; arms and hands of male figure large. • Assertiveness: straight-lined strokes in formation of body. • Asthmatic tendency: long and thin lines; mouth omitted. • Auditory eroticism: hand at “private” area; well-defined teeth. • Auditory hallucinations/paranoid or schizoid/ear injury or hearing disability/sensitive to attitudes of others/passive homosexual conflict or tendency: ear emphasized or enlarged. • Awareness of physical impulses with effort to control them: excessively large neck. writing a story online how to do it

Monday, December 26th, 2005

Do you sometimes feel that you have so much to offer to the world by writing stories but you do not seem to know where to begin? If you feel this way, then you should know that you can write your stories online. This means that instead of figuring out how to publish a book, post your stories on a website online. When you want to write a story online, you need to know the ins and outs of publishing on the Web. You might want to read about some information on how to get your stories published online. It would either be that you would create your own website where you would be able to post all stories that you have written or find some websites that publish works of different authors. After deciding on whether you create your own site or have your stories published at other sites, you should try to determine your target audience. Of course there is no limit when it comes to the topics that you want to write stories about but if you have a specific audience in mind, then you can create several stories and group them in one category. That way, you can link the stories together as well. You must have the passion to write good stories. Think of writing a story online as something that would allow you to change people’s lives. Remember that with millions of people using the Web, one of those persons might actually be looking for your story. He might have a problem or needs some cheering up, and who knows, your story might actually provide some inspiration for him. Writing your life story would not be that bad either. In fact, if you write your own story, you can impart some valuable lessons that you have learned, and help other people as well. Now you see that writing a story online would not only make your dream come true of having people read your works, but you get to become a part of the lives of others as well, initiating some beautiful changes. What could be better than having someone email you saying that they were able to overcome difficulties because of the inspiration you have provided in your story?

appeal to every learning style with your writing

Thursday, December 22nd, 2005

People learn in different ways so if the reader is missing the content of your explanation you can explain it in another way. People are visual learners, auditory learners and kinesthetic (feeling-senses) learners. Try to include each of these learning methods in your copy so all of the learning styles can connect with your writing. Someone who is a visual learner will respond to words that are visual like see, look at, watching and observing. Someone who is an auditory learner will respond to hear, sounds, volume level, audios and talking. A kinesthetic learner will understand how you feel, want touch, how something feels and texture words like smooth, rough, sharp and cold or hot. Try sentences that can appeal to each of them like: Going behind the scenes of this event, you can see that this ice sculpture is very detailed and as you touch it, it is very cold and smooth. You can hear the crackling as the ice sculpture artist is working to meet the event opening and the sounds of the set up for the display as well as those of the tools being used to create this beautiful piece of ice art. I know the artist is feeling stressed at the moment but will experience immense satisfaction when the event opens and they hear the comments of the viewers of the exhibit. They always take pictures so they have the memories of their accomplishment before the ice melts and the sculpture disappears back to a cold puddle of water. With some practice you will be able to include each of the learning styles. Your readers will appreciate the extra care you have given to your descriptions in your story line. Each of the characters if you are writing fiction can have a set of characteristics. Sometimes the tension/conflict in your story can come from one learning style character trying to communicate to another learning style in their own primary style. The other person can show confusion if the first character tries to communicate in a different style to the second person who does not usually use that style when they interact with another person. It is a great way to practice your writing so you reinforce the difference in the styles and then blend them to enhance your overall story. In non fiction you have the opportunity to include each of the learning styles too. Practice, have fun and compare your stories to see what you are able to add to improve the readers experience. You are sure to increase your number of readers when they see you include everyone.

copy writing skills you need to know

Tuesday, December 20th, 2005

Most online entrepreneurs are aware that online sales success is ultimately reliant upon good copy writing skills. When you first start marketing on the internet the initial emphasis is on traffic generation but nothing gets sold until you learn to write effective sales copy. This particular writing skill is not difficult to learn as long as you adhere to certain guidelines within the content of your copy. Let’s review a simple 5 step procedure on how to write good sales copy when marketing anything online. Good Product Knowledge You can not expect to promote anything to anybody without a thorough knowledge of it yourself. To do so would not only make your promotional efforts more difficult but this would also be unethical. Most all copywriting is done from a standpoint of first hand experience. It is from this experience that you draw both your knowledge of and commitment to the product itself. Know Customer Profile The next thing you need and must know is who your customer is. Who is it that is best suited for the product or service you are writing about? Are they male or female young or old? What is their income bracket or is that even important. Is your audience educated or is that not even a factor. Most importantly is why the product you are writing about would even be of interest to them. Having this information will enable you to ’speak directly’ to your audience when addressing them. They will be much more receptive if they can personally identify with what it is you are saying. Know your customer their wants, needs, and reasons and then speak TO them NOT at them. Speak Benefits Not Features When referring to the product you will want to stress what the benefits will be to the reader if they make a purchase. What is in it for them or how do they improve their lives by acquiring this product. In so many words why would they even want the product in the first place? Gain Reader Trust With all the hype and hoopla people are exposed to on a daily basis it is no wonder that they are in general very skeptical. As a copywriter you have to be able to gain the trust of your readers and all without any personal contact with them. This can be very difficult so what you need to do is offer your customers a ‘comfort’ zone of sorts. This can be done by using product testimonials that are ‘authenticated’ with names, addresses and maybe even pictures. Another more straight forward approach is to offer a ‘trial-period’ or ‘money-back’ guarantee. Emphasize Urgency Remind the reader that the sooner they act the quicker their need will be filled or problem will be solved. Be aware if they don’t act at this point in time they likely may never even be on your site again. Another way to create a sense of urgency is to throw in a ‘bonus’ for their quick response or perhaps inform them of your ‘limited’ supply. Either way you are ‘prompting’ your customer to make a decision, NOW! Online entrepreneurs are aware that good copy writing is what gets products sold online. Traffic generation is important for anyone when they first start marketing on the internet but the need to learn to write effective sales copy is crucial. If this writing skill is not developed it will be very hard to close the sale on any visitors to your site. The 5 step procedure we reviewed above is a fundamental guide on how to write good copy that will allow you to increase your sales conversions and boost your online profits.
